Creates engaging, mission-aligned content to help bring our Instagram grid to life and share our rescue’s story.
Great for someone creative who enjoys visual storytelling and social media.
You’ll help create and schedule Instagram grid posts each Saturday, using our signature sets of three.
Experience with social media content creation and Canva is an asset. Creativity and punctuality are key.
A content creation guide and general direction will be provided.
~30 minutes per week.

Great for someone creative who loves storytelling and social media.

Help us connect with local businesses that may be interested in supporting our rescue through fundraiser events, partnerships, or donation drives.
Perfect for someone with fundraising or community outreach experience who enjoys building relationships and making a tangible impact.
Strong local connections or a background in partnership development are a plus.

Flexible hours. You’ll work at your own pace with a monthly goal for business outreach set together in advance.

Supports our monthly Pawscriber and sponsorship programs by helping nurture relationships with our supporters and keeping them engaged.
Great for someone organized, bilingual, creative, and passionate about donor relations.
You’ll help put together pupdates, create thank-you campaigns, communicate with donors, and manage supporter benefits based on membership level.
Experience in customer relations is an asset.

Helps verify references for potential adopters to ensure they’re a great fit for our pups.
Great for someone organized, bilingual, and comfortable with communication and follow-ups.
You’ll connect with references using provided question templates and help support the adoption process.
Experience in customer service or administrative/secretarial roles is an asset.

Supports our rescue by responding to messages on Instagram and Facebook and helping our community feel heard and supported.
Great for someone bilingual in English and French with strong written communication skills.
You’ll reply to messages using provided automated templates. If a message doesn’t fit a template, you’ll simply refer the person to email us.

Represents our rescue online by sharing adoptable dogs, events, and rescue stories with your community and followers.
Perfect for someone with a large social media following or strong community connections who wants to help spread awareness and inspire others to get involved.
Experience with social media, influencer outreach, or community engagement is an asset but not required.
